wife Applying as dependant on ILR ...please help !

Hello Admnistrators / All ,

Im on ILR since from september 2012 and wife stayed with me for 5 years on student ( had masters degree from UK university ) and PSW combination . Her PSW visa expired before i got ILR granted. She is in india right now and wanted to apply as dependant on me. Can she apply for dependant or ILR straight ? If so what are the documents required ? Do i still need to show £ 18,600 a year as financial support for her . Is it gross or net ? What other documents required for application ? Please help ......All your help is much appreciated.

Yes she will have to apply as dependant, and then apply for ILR 5 years after.
