Police registration

Hi,

I am on work permit from 2008 and due to apply ILR may or june 2013. I heard from people i need to register with police, which i haven't. Please let me know if i can register now or its too late.

Can they reject my ILR application due to no or late police registration.

Please advice.

If being called Kumar means you are Indian, you don't need to.

I am on Tier 2
I have got the following stamp "Warning - Late Notification of Changes" on both:
1- My passport
2- My Certification of Registration.
This is due to late update for my details on my Certification of Registration.

My question is how would this stamp affect me in:
1- Traveling from/to the UK.
2- My next visa application.
