Hi Guys,
I am on HSMP ( 3 years ) + Tier1 General ( 2 years ) Visa
I have Limited company which has 3 directors .
1- My Self
2- My Wife ( 100 % share holder )
3- My colleague
I am drawing salary of 23500 £ per year without dividends. and have last 4 years P60 and salary slips and bank statements which corroborates properly.
Now do i need to just select my self on ILR form as Salaried individual or self employed and submit payslips and my personal bank statements or do i need to get other directors letters as well ?
i did call HMRC and my accountant and they told me that your an employee as your recieveing payslips and also P60s....
as UKBA states as Payslips or Employer letter is required then i do have payslips.
please note there is no dividend that i am taking from the company.
please guide me what other documents should i get .
eg :- Accountant of the company producing letter indicating my salary ?
- Business bankstatement showing my salary
or only Payslips and Bankstatements should be enough ?
