Indefinite Leave to Enter(ILE)

Post by Spidery_thread » Thu Jan 24, 2013 9:29 am

Dear Moderator's & Guru's,

Does any one has information about the residency period before one can apply for Indefinite Leave to Enter(ILE) while married to a BC and both living outside the UK?

I'll appreciate you replies.

Thanks in Advance.

That no longer exists. Anyone applying as a partner from outside the UK will be subject to five years of limited leave.
