I am a polish citizen who moved to UK on 21/12/2007 .
I was looking for a job till 3/2008 ( not registred as job seeker) and applied for WRS within 30 days once got the job.
All papers were sent by my employer and in May 2008 received WRS CARD only . (I did not know that should get certificate ) . In July started work for new company and applied for wrs certificate myself. However by the end of October 2008 left the job and I was self employed for the period of 5 weeks (no luck in bussiness) . After that started lookig for a job (again not registred as job seeker) and finally got one in February 2009 (aslo applied for wrs cerificate ) and I am working there till this day .
I did not get p45 from my last two emplyers ( 1 st once pissed me off that i left never got p45 and solary for 2 weeks, 2nd told that p45 was sent to me but never arrived . )However have all my payslips and bank statements.
The question is : according to this when I can apply for ILR ?
2nd problem :
My boyfriend moved to Uk in Septmber 2007 and started working for agency which sent his WRS application to HO . And again he has got his WRS CARD but never got WRS Certificate. After 3 months ( in december 2007) he left and after a week started working for new company . He received his WRS Certificate however because of very bad work condition he left in May 2008 . And here problems begin
We are not sure if he did not apply for WRS certificate or his boss sent it out but he e has never received the wrs certificare . He was worikng for this company for 3 years (paid tax and nin ) . However he does not have 12 month of constalnty employment under the WRS (no certificate for 3rd employment .
The question is : does he need to wait 5 years from 1 may 2011 to apply for IRL or may try now ?
2nd q : alternatively can he apply with me as a family member if we are unmarried ? and if yes what kind documents should i enclose?
