must say this forum is doing a tremendous job helping people like me.I was thinking to book an early appointment for our Ilr and then reschedule it for our applicable date as it is easier to do so.Also i have read on this forum that sometimes the appointment doesn't showup in your account.I need a advice that if i book an appointment n it doesn't show in my account then how will i reshedule it..

if its not showing up then you cant simple !!

you need to call them and ask to cancel and next day start searching again.

I would suggest to try bit hard and book the appointment on your required date and time. rescheduling is some times difficult and if you are not able to reschedule it, then the only chance will be to cancel it or to appear on the booked appointment time and date(which will be problem for you if you don't qualify the residence period on that date)

if your appointment shows up in your account, you can reschedule or cancel it online.
