Can my wife register a business name ?

Hi all, my wife currently has right to work as she is my (tier 4 student) dependant. She currently has a Job. Can she still register a company/business with and in her name?

can she offer placement to a student as a trainee or internship? None paid. I mean the student will work part time as a trainee to her company and not paid because the student is not allowed to work.


can this be possible?

No.

If a student does not have work permission, work is illegal either paid or unpaid or trainee or internship whatever unless its arranged by College/Uni within the Tier-4 laws.
