Post by new123 » Thu Jan 24, 2013 11:55 pm

Dear Sir/Madam

My wife came to UK 30th March 2011 and her Tier-1 dependent visa will expiry on 05th May 2013. she is eligible for PR on 30th March 2013. But she was pregnant, went to outside UK for continuous period of six months from May 13 2012 to 11 October 2012. (within 180 days)
how many days she can stay outside UK without affecting her PR eligibility. Can she stay within 180 continuous days.

could you please help anyone come across this situation.

thanks
ak
