FLR(O) Conditions of Stay?

Post by Scared&Confused » Fri Jan 25, 2013 4:21 am

It's been a while since I spoke to my immigration advisor, my mind was filled with apprehension, so I don't remember all of it. I can remember that if granted/approved via FLR(O) you would not be able to receive benefits - this was expected and I wouldn't want to get it anyway. However, I can't remember what else is allowed. I think that you are able to go to school but not work? I am gutted if this is the case but understand. It would have been nice to get a part time job though as it has been so long since I was working. Can anyone verify the rules? I tried to find out via the Home Office, and on here, but no luck.

FLR(O) is an application form used for a wide variety of applications. The conditions of your leave will depend on the type of leave you have applied for.

Yeah, sorry, I knew that, but thought the rules were the same for all. Mine was 'does not fit any other category' for flr (o).
