You have not said anything about the type of application. What is your immigration status and on what basis would you be making a settlement application.

Look at the guidance for the paperwork necessary for claiming overseas income. Applying at the PEO will be a waste of money as they will, I am certain, wish to make checks on this income stream and there is no way you will be granted on the same day..

Oh my God. Does that mean I have to post my application then. This will take forever.

Are you sure I will not get the ILR on the same day?

It's not possible to be sure about anything; especially when commenting on the applications of strangers, on an internet forum, whose paperwork is not available for scrutiny. I'm merely saying that your circumstances stand a very good chance of a decision being with-held.

Well if it is not the same day but it may still much quicker than post application? I would think so. But it is me thought....does it right? My document is complete, employee letter and bank statement.

Try at sollihull PEO they will let u know if you can apply using PEO or give u the option to apply by post. That's the only PEO which doesn't charge before making sure that the decision can be made on the docs provided.
Thanks!
