help please on spouse visa from pakistan

Hi,

I need some help. I am apply for wifes visa soon.

I am a UK citizen. I got married 4 years ago in Pakistan. I was at uni here for i did apply until after i graduated and got a job (in june 2012).
Will it be problem that i have been married for 4+ years and not applied for a visa until now?

I have proof of contact from 2009 with itemised mobile bills, but i am missing some bills from 2008 2009 and 2010. should i submit all of the bills from 2009 onwards (theres hundreds of pages)? will it be a problem that i am missing some old ones? i also have evidence of visiting her every year we were apart with airline tickets and passport stamps. We went for umrah together too, i have evidence of that too.
