Query on ILR for dependants after coming to UK

Hi Guys,

Firstly thanks for reading this post,

I am British Citizen now, Use to be Indian before

I married in Jan 2009, My wife been here on Tier 1 dependant in 2011 but she has to go to India for delivery during that the visa got expired.

Now I am planning bring kids and wife, I know i have to apply for spouse visa for wife and kids

But my question is when can they apply for ILR after coming here, Is it after 5 years?

Please note we been married for 4 years now.

Yes they will be subject to the new financial thresholds and will have to spend 5 years in the UK before being able to apply for ilr.
