Dependent US Visa Refusal

This may seem a bit awkward but does a US visa refusal of dependent before marriage affects the Tier 1 (G) dependent application?

Any experience in this situation by anyone?

What is the reason for the refusal and where does this refusal been made? (In UK or outside)

My would be tried for visit visa about 3-4 times from India...this was before we met... and was rejected saying potential immigrant...so was wondering would it affect her application to join as my spouse In UK??

In UK, the outcome of the visa application cannot be dictated by the case workers gut feeling unlike US. You should be fine.
