Maintanance allowance for FLR M

Hi I have applied for ILR on 10 years long term basis and my wife and daughter have a visa of Tier4 dependent till end of April. If I get my ILR when I apply for my wife on FLRM do I need to show the maintainance allowance. How much and for how long.
