Online application - question about documents URGENT

Hi!
My current visa (Tier 4 General Student) expires on Wednesday 30th January 2013. I need help urgently.
I am applying for my Tier 2 General Visa.
I have all the documents I need except for one - Confirmation of Qualification Certificate which certifies that I have completed my Post graduation degree.

I will receive this document by Friday, 2nd February 2013.

Question:
If I apply online by Monday, will it be okay to send my supporting documents by Friday? Will this be considered an invalid application?

I hope you understand the urgency of the situation.
