Hi Guys,

I got HSMP visa on 14 Feb 2008 extended on 14 feb 2010 into Tier 1 general visa. My Tier 1 visa expires on 18 March 2013. However I will complete 5 years on 14 Feb 2013. I had 13 days paid absence in 2008, 28 days in 2009. I was out of UK in 2010 for 4 months and 10 days on unpaid leave last not least 28 days paid and 22 days unpaid in 2012. Will I face any problems for ILR. Please note leaves in 2010 are compassionate since I got Hepatitis C also I do have paper work from the hospital.

Gurus please help.

Provide full and certified evidence of your compassionate absence with your application. I am sure you will face no problem.
an additional thing if you can do is get letter from your employer(if you are employee) to support your absence on compassionate basis.

Thank you guys.

I resigned from my job in 2010 before i left. I will be giving hospital docs.
Nothing is permanent whatever you have enjoy it :-)
