Tier 2 dependent visa with US student visa refusal

Hi all,
I will be applying for a tier 2 dependent visa next month from india. I had applied 3 times for a student visa to USA on June 8th 2012, June 20th 2012 and August 20th 2012. My visa was denied all 3 times under section "214b" which is intent to immigrate. Now my questions are
1) will this refusal affect my application for UK tier 2 dependent visa?
2) On the visa application (vaf10) where you have to list other country refusals, do i have to list all three refusals?
I will greatly appreciate it if someone could advice me on this,.....
