Joint Account?

Hi all,
needs an urgent reply please,
I am applying as a Team, I have funds available in my Personal Account, while my Enterpreneur Team has funds available from Abroad Third Party,

As the letter and the third party (from abroad) affidavit will cleary explains that the funds will be available to me and other Team Member, the funds here in my personal account is available to me as I have access to it,

My question is Do I need to add my Team Member to my account, or I can write a declaration and attest it by the Notary that money is available to both Team Members? as the bank refused to add the team member to my account as our address are not same

Its better to have a joint account, by doing that you will automatically meet the requirement of both having equal excess to the money.
