Going to the appeal court with these documents


my husband Eu citizen im non eu wife, my husband own his own home out right no mortgage.
pay his tax in full.
have a halifax bank account but only £1200 in it he also pay the bills from that account.
have a ISA account with £5000 in it.
lodgers original rent books to prove he gets £15,600 per year rental income.
estate agent letter that we advertise the rooms with them.
proof that we advertise on flatmate and rooms to let.
Medical insurance just get it yesterday.

Question is their any thing that we missed please help?
