Please advice on the form! Urgent!

Hello fellow immigrants,

After my application pack was on the brink of being returned back to me due to the payment problems (it was all sorted finally and payment cleared on 25th Jan! after 2 weeks waigting! yeah!), im being very concerned if i made any mistakes in filling forms, i.e.

In Section 5 of application form Concent of UK Border agency to request verification checks.
From the Applicant.

Then i signed

Then goes.. if the account in the bank or utility company in a joint name each of those should sign the foloowing declaration:

Name of Applicant. Sign

I did not sign or fill last section because i dont have any joint accounts. Is this correct? I left it blank?

Experts please pardon moi for maybe stupid question, im just being paranoid as i already had problems woth application, although payment is cleared now im concerned something is wrong with application itself and photis and it will returned as invalid.
