ilr visa gap

ilr visa gap

hi,
i m going for ilr on long residance,
can u clear the gap ,
my two visa gap 45 days and 54days,
visa expire on 31th dec 2009, and i got next visa from 14feb2010,
bt i apply on 15dec2009,
i apply all visas before expiry,
bt my new visa start 54 days gap after the expiry of my previous visa,
this thing effect on my ilr,
thanks
caution, warning , reprimand six year ago no need to show,
because old version 7/2012 if u spent the caution under rehabilitation act 1974 then no need to disclouse,
plz clear these points thanks a lot

there is no gap as you applied well before your visa expired.

hi,
I am going to apply ilr.
First entered in UK on 29th June 2008 and my visa expired on 16th June 2010 when i went to india on vacation. I applied fresh visa from india and got the visa from 2nd july 2010.

The gap between visas is 16 days,will this effect on my ilr,

Please suggest.

if you had valid visa upon your departure and returned to the Uk with valid visa within 6 months then there is no gap.

Thanks for quick reply.

I went to India with valid visa and after going to India my visa got expired on June 16th 2010.

I applied fresh visa and got from 2nd July 2010.

There is a gap in continuous visas of 16 days(from June 16 till 2nd July).

Will UK BA consider as continuous stay of 5 years with this gap?
