Dependent Visa Maintenance

Hi,

I'm on Tier 2 (General) for more than 12 months now and is looking to apply Tier 2 Dependent for my Wife. I have a little more than £600 in my account for more than 90 days, Does this meet the Maintenance requirement ? or do I need to have more £900 for me as well.

I did go through the guidance but after reading the following posts, trying to confirm again http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=120892 as it says Maintenance as £1600 (please read reply of "karthiktr" on Jan 21, 2013 11:59 am)

and in the next posts it also talks about Phone Bills, skype chat and others, are those really necessary or just nice to haves?
