Hi,
if anyone can help me that which documents are required for ILR tier1 and also about p60 if its compulsory or not.

Set O form would be a good beginning... free to download from UKBA website. And work your way through it... all requirements are clearly mentioned.

A quick search and a read of guidance notes may help you a lot.
I have my ILR since march 2013, previously based on HSMP+Tier1 ext. All views are my own, am not a professional on immigration matters.
