wrong and unjust? youve just summed up the ukbasmogmag wrote:Could anyone advise whether fees apply when applying using flr(o) under the ex.1 clause. My wife has been here with LLR (full recourse to public funds) for 3 1/2 years. We have 2 British born children and one Thai born child. It is apparent that my wife cannot be refused a visa on the basis of her British children's rights being adversely affected (ie EX.1). Therefore, the charging of a fee to grant such a visa seems wrong and unjust? Anyone have any thoughts? Many thanks
