EEA Family permit no paper evidence

My girlfriend of 2.5 years is trying to apply for a EEA family permit, but we have problem finding evidence.

They require bills or bank statements addressed to our place. But we pay the bills on the internet and manage our account on the internet. We have no letters addressed to us.

In fact, we barely get any official letters at all. We manage most official things online. When we get some spam in the letter box we just throw it out usually. I certainly don't have the paper contract I had 3 years ago for my accommodation, because I threw it out. I didn't have a clue that there would be a regulation requiring that contract 3 years into the future. How can they expect me this? We moved every year.

Second, we don't take many pictures of ourselves, because I work almost all the time, and she does as well. Also, we are not the type of people to take pics of ourselves all the time and upload to facebook or something.

But that doesn't mean we don't have a good relationship. Taking photos is not a requirement for a good lasting relationship. We also have little chat history, or it is deleted because of the way Skype works. But mostly because we talk face to face most of the time.

What do you do in this case? I tried to print out the online bank statement and get it stamped, but they told me that it has to be ADDRESSED to our place and must arrive by snailmail in order to be valid. This is ridiculous.

Tonio i don't really think it is so much ridiculous you'd like them to give your girlfriend family permit on trust that she's been with you for 2,5 year? for me i think this idea is little silly to think. Since you want evidence why don't you contact the companies you pay bills to and see if they can help you in getting those or maybe just marry your girlfriend.

its really easy to do this ask your land lord for the paper work tell him you need it and he will make a new contract for you with old dates its not a big thing
2nd call your bank or go to your bank and ask them to send you all your old bank statements from which ever date you want they will do it for you may be some banks do charge you for this but most will do twice a year this thing for free
3rd get both your phone bills printed out in details and just high light both your numbers and tell them look we were in contact from this date and wright a cover letter explaining it


rest pictures i can understand how you feel but come on if you guys are in a true relationship you do take pictures not every day but on occasions most of the time send them those ones and please don't show negative attitude its not going to help you or your partner you have to show that you guys are in a true relation because you guys want a visa not them.
