Tier 2 - ICT dependent to Tier 2

Hi,

My wife is currently in UK on a Tier 2 -ICT dependent visa ( I am the primary applicant).

Both of our visas are valid till Feb 28th. But I have to return to India next week. Can my wife, who is working here, continue till the end of the month (visa validity period) and then return?

Also, her employer has offered to sponsor a Tier 2 visa so that she can continue working in the UK. Can she apply for it from within UK before her dependent visa expires even if I am not in the UK?

And if her Tier 2 visa is approved, can I apply as her dependent or will the cooling off period be applicable to me?

Also, her employer has offered to sponsor a Tier 2 visa so that she can continue working in the UK. Can she apply for it from within UK before her dependent visa expires even if I am not in the UK? No, she cannot apply from within the UK, only from abroad, and a CoS has to be assigned to her before she can apply

And if her Tier 2 visa is approved, can I apply as her dependent or will the cooling off period be applicable to me? you will be able to apply as your wife's dependant, the cooling-off period is not relevant to PBS dependant applications

Many thanks for the advice. My employment is not being terminated so there should be no issues.
