Visiting visa query

Hello All,
I have a query on applying for visiting visa for my parents urgently.

I recently attended citizenship ceremony and received naturalisation certificate. I still haven't applied for British passport.

My query is
Can i sponsor my parents visiting visa application with Indian passport and naturalisation certificate or do i need to have British passport before applying visiting visa for my parents as i already hold citizenship certificate.

Your quick advice and guidance is very appreciated as i needed to apply urgently for their visa.

Hi, congrats on get BN, getting naturalisation certificate mean u r british national now , ur passport is only to use for ID and ofcourse for travel, so dont wait to apply for your british passport if there is any urgency, i think copy of certificate will do the same job,
so u can apply for your parent visit visa any time ..
