ilr for main applicant and dependent ilr together

Hi all

I need help here please.

I will compkete 10 years in july and will apply for ilr but i am not sure if i can apply for my husband at same time for his ilr aswell, he is in uk as my dependent for 8 years so does he still needs to fullfill 2 year rule?

Please if you guys can advice.

in ur case only u qualify for settlement under long residency, dependant can not apply with the applicant for settlement

as per my understanding and getting help from seniors here, once u get ILR ur husband have to swtich to FLR(M) and then once get flr(m) then he could apply for ILR
and old rules will apply as he was ur dependant prior to 9th july 2012 ,

Please also can any senior member advice as im very confuse as to how can i apply for my husband ilr or settlement, as our visa will be expiring in one month after i apply for my ilr and i can not wait for my ilr to come and then apply for him..
