hi guys, my husband took his Life in Uk test about 6 years ago after being wrongly advised by Globalvisa agency that he is eligible to apply for ilr. do you think this is still valid or should he do it again?
also he is south african and english is his first language, will he need to enroll for a course to prove his language skills or can he just take test? any help would be really appreciated...thanks a lot
