Hi there,

This is my case.

I applied for Tier 2 General . My visa was PSW and expired on 13th January 2013. I got a refusal just last week from UKBA stating My sponsor issued me CoS with Soc code 1152 which is not belong to NQF level 6. I done MSc course here in UK. I am going to appeal now but is there any chance to win the case? Because my point of view, if 1152-not come under NQF-6 then how should system (CoS) allow first time to take 1152?

Please enlighten , while in the appeal is there any chance to take the new CoS and new soC code to make new application ?
