I will simply suggest that you go to citizenship support service in Dublin as they will help you determine if you are eligible to apply for naturalisation. They can also tell you exactly whats needed and whats not. Its free of charge!

AN EU citizen does not need a residency calculator. What she needs are proof that she has been residing in Ireland since the previous 5 years e.g Utilities bills, house contracts, doctors letter etc...

If you are an E.U. citizen for more than five years please submit proof of residence in the State amounting to for a total of five years in the last nine years, to include the year prior to application. Please submit three different proofs of residence for each year showing name and address for this period i.e. household bills (gas, electricity, phone or cable/satellite TV), bank statements, revenue letters, mortgage agreement, social welfare, letter from employment, doctors letter etc.

Thats exactly what she needs to do!

You don't need to show a detailed record of reckonable residency if you have refugee status, the letter granting you refugee status from the Minister is enough to provide. This has always been the Department's policy, as far as I know. Note the recent Supreme Court decision in Sulaimon v Minister for Justice Equality & Law Reform [2012] IESC 63 regarding reckponable residency - this confirms the registration stamps are not required.

You don't need a date...........Reckonable residency is 3 years for someone with Refugee Status. The letter (from Dept. of Justice) stating that you are a Refugee is enough.
