Tier-2 eligibility and 06 April 2010 date

Dear Chaps,

One of my colleague arrival date to UK is after 06 April 2010. Is the person eligible to apply for tier-2 general visa? He has got valid sponsor arrangement.

If your colleague is at present on a T2 ICT Established Staff visa then he can switch to T2G once a CoS has been assigned to him..

'Tier 2 (Intra company transfer) under the Immigration Rules n place before 6 April 2010, if you are applying to change sponsor'

Hi Manci - question is, does arrival date matters when applicant want to change its ICT visa to T2G. Something like his visa should be in place under rule imposed on 06 April 2010.
