hi me and my wife are british citzens, my wife is originaly from africa and she still has an 8 yr old son we are trying to get a visa for. our solicitor says we have to have a joint income of £18000 but i am on dla i heard there might be a problem with this or will i be ok my wife is working and we have our own house with mortgage as this is non means tested
