Urgent ILR next week- help filling out Section 6.3 of SET(O)

Post by genuflexion » Tue Jan 29, 2013 10:55 pm

Hi All,

I am on T(1) G at the moment and will be applying for ILR next week.

Application Basis;

1 Oct 2007 - 1 Oct 2009 = HSMP
1 Oct 2009 - 1 Oct 2012 = T1 (G)

Date of Entry: 06/02/08 (therefore I'd to have second extension)

Question on Absences;

Yr 1)- 08/02/13 - 07/02/12 = 0 days
Yr 2)- 08/02/12 - 07/02/11 = 18 days
Yr 3)- 08/02/11 - 07/02/10 = 0 days
Yr 4)- 08/02/10 - 07/02/09 = 82 days
Yr 5)- 08/02/09 - 07/02/08 = 54 days
______________________________________
154 days

(i)- Firstly, I am concerned about my absence of 82 days above (basically I got made redundant, so went back home for a while). I am just under 90 days though. Is there a 3 month rule?

(ii)- Do I need to give evidence/letter of employer for each of the absences mentioned above?

I would appreciate your help with this please.

1) you are fine with the absences
2) no letter is needed
Thanks!

Thanks very much uksettlement.

Sorry, I just needed clarification on (2) above.

Did you mean no evidence is needed? I can just fill out the reason next to each absence e.g Family visit and that is it.

Please confirm, thanks in advance.
