What is different between Skilled worker Visa and Sponsorship?
Should i apply for Skilled worker Visa or should i look for Sponsorship first?
What happens if i get Skilled worker Visa but don't have Sponsorship?
If i found Sponsorship should i apply for Visa ?

At the moment the Federal Skilled Program is on hold.
Sponsorship is when you find an employer willing to support your application. Here in Canada, employers must first obtain a Labour Market Opinion (LMO) in order to hire a foreign worker. Once it has been obtained, then you (applicant) can apply for a Temporary Work Permit (TWP).
Please mind depending on the position you have been offered, you might obtain any of these visas (permits):
1- Unskilled ( no rights to bring your spouse and children)
2- Semi-Skilled ( same as above)
3- Skilled ( can bring spouse and children, and they all will be granted open work permits/study)
