MEDS finalisation

i applied for PR190 visa on Sep 12 2012. case officer assinged on Oct 12 2012. uploaded police clearnce on Nov 21. I got my medical examinations done n sent electronically on Nov 2nd 2012.
on 12/12/12, i got response frm visa officer that they were just awaiting only for meds finalisation. as of today Jan 30 2013, i did not hear anything back from visa officer. does the meds finalisation takes so long?

It can sometimes takes that long specially when you file is in final stages. Have you applied through solicitor? When you are assigned a CW generally you are given his email address to get in touch
