Hi Everyone,
I am currently holding Tier 1 General and would be applying for ILR
I need to confirm the documents need to be submitted for a Self Employed person,
1.Passport
2.Biometric
3.Life of Uk test result
For below list I am not sure what should I provide
4. Evidence for the period before I was granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that met he relevant requirements of the immigration rules.
5.I have 2 sources of earnings(Salary+Dividends) so I need to submit 2 documents from different sources for each
a)Salary
- Personal Bank Statements
-Accountant Letter
If this is submitted they have specified I need to submit Invoices for the Earnings claimed.
But my Invoice does not represent my "Entire Earnings"
In this case what should I do?
b)Dividends
-Business Bank Statement
-Dividend Vouchers
Can anyone kindly advice me for my situation?
