Hi all,

"an introduction of a genuine entrepreneur test which will give UK Border Agency caseworkers the ability to test the credibility of suspicious applicants"

could any one please let me know what kind of test ukba will conduct ,is that will be written or oral? If some one has just started a business how they can have indepth knowledge of business and on the other hand they imposed the rule for PSW that business should be above Nqf 4. So annoying.

I think that this simply means that the UKBA will undertake various checks to ensure that you are a genuine applicant. I don't think this refers to an oral or written 'test' as such, but there is a possibility of an interview taking place to ascertain whether you are a genuine applicant or not.

I don't think there will be a written or oral test but possibly a interview call for sure if case worker have any doubt about anything, but picture will be clear in few days when details of the changes will be published.

all UKBA needs to do is ask for yearly financial statements and bank statements to corroborate that. Test done.

Agree with you on this wpilr_nov12, must be something similar or yearly financial statement confirming the access to the funds and job is done.
