Hi, friends

I have a question to you guys
My sister here in Tier 1 general visa.her visa will expire end of this year.
in the mean time her husband is going to apply for ilr [10 years rules]
after couple of days.
my question is
if her husband got ilr within this time, can she switch her visa as depandant of sattlled person[ilr]
within this country or she have to switch from home country?
or she have to continue her own visa status as renew?

pls all are welcome to give your valuable advice
