Tier 1 General - Extension - Qualification attribute

Hi,

I've a question on the new Tier 1 General application form (which is valid from 13 Dec 2012 on wards).

Q1) On page-11, after the question B14; should the applicant include past 5yrs address details, by attaching additional address detail pages?

Q2) Points based calculator - When I tried to calculate the points for my Qualification, the university name from where I completed my master's is not present in the list. But it was when I applied for my first Tier 1 extension. Please advise!!

Q1) It only asks for your previous address if you lived at your first address for less than 5 years - there's no requirement to provide another address if this still doesn't make up 5 years.
Q2) Did your university's name change? Unless it was removed because it was fake or involved with deception, you should be ok (although, usually in legitimate cases, they change the points to 0, rather than removing the qualifications). Have a look for a name change...
