I think you can but as long as you can prove it that you have invested in the business and you have remaining money still available to spend, but new rules are in place from today so please check the ukba site for more information.gutentagmk wrote:Applied to switch from Tier 4 student to Tier1 Entrepreneur, still awaiting decision, I have found a good business but wondering if I am allowed to invest into the business while awaiting for the approval/decision?
If I were in your place, I would rather wait for my visa before investing a penny. As long as you have possession of required funds then you should not worry and wait for you visa to come and then invest.gutentagmk wrote:Applied to switch from Tier 4 student to Tier1 Entrepreneur, still awaiting decision, I have found a good business but wondering if I am allowed to invest into the business while awaiting for the approval/decision?
exactly, i have also found a very good profitable business but i am still waiting for the homoffice to reply ,its been 7 months now but i will not invest a single pound of my money untill i get the visa , what will you do if you get a refusal will you be able to sell the business quickly and leave the country. i think its plain old common sense.tuliprose wrote:If I were in your place, I would rather wait for my visa before investing a penny.
