Options Available - advice?

Post by northcave » Thu Jan 31, 2013 8:18 am

Hello all. I appreciate this info is out there but there are some very knowledgable people on this forum so I thought I would ask here and get more a of a round answer.

Im a british national and my partner is an architect and has been living and working in the legally UK without a break for about 11 years. After Her employment visa expired she was awarded a residency card after winning a case at tribunal. This card is valid till 2015.

Since she has now been here for more than 10 years please can you highlight the different options available? Is it only the ILR or are there more options in the coming years? Is there a time where she could become a British National in her own right? She is a Philippine national.

Many thanks in advance!

Regards

Tim
