BC for childrens

hi,
I am applying for PR this months and not including application for my childrens.

so when i get my PR will i able to apply BC for my 2 childerns?

i have been living and working since feb 2008
first child born 06/2010 got german passport
2nd child born 07/2012 got german passport

now when i apply for BC for me and childrens, do i need to send again all the work related documents (treaty rights ) or my Pr will be enough for me and my childrens?

Are you the German national or is it your partner?

When did the German national started to live and exercise treaty rights in the UK?

Were the children born in the UK or elsewhere?

The children can't apply for PR as they have not lived in the UK for 5 years (but they don't need PR to apply for British citizenship).

I AM GERMAN NATIONAL AND MY PARTNER IS NON EEA AND HE GOT RC.
I CAME TO UK JAN 2008 AND START WORKING FROM FEB 2008 TILL NOW.
BOTH WERE BORN IN UK AND GOT UK BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

AGAIN MY QUESTION, WHEN I GET PR AND TO APPLY FOR BC FOR MY SELF AND BOTH CHILDREN DO I NEED TO SEND ALL THE TREATY RIGHTS DOCUMENTS AGAIN OR JUST PR WILL BE ENOUGH?

So you have obtained PR now and can apply for confirmation of your status using form EEA3.

You can apply for the children's registration as British citizens now. You don't need to wait for your application. You will need to wait another year before you can apply for BC.

So if I apply for my pr eea3 this feb and also apply for my both child bc will it be ok??

I was reading form and guidance for bc and they just ask for treaty rights in the form, don't they require any proof or document ??? As documents will be go with my pr eea3.

So I just need to send my child passport and birth certificate ?????

Once you obtain a PR status and until the child is 18, he can register as British citizen. You need to provide evidence that you have PR for the application to succeed. This can either be by providing a PR Confirmation card or treaty rights evidence so the easiest way would be for you first to apply for PR using EEA3. Once approved (takes about 2-3 months), apply for your children registration using the PR card (takes another 1-2 months).

Ok thanks for your reply, another question I will also apply for my husband next year eea4 so once I get pr, I just need to send pr with eea4 to proof treatry rights or all the documents again? P60, wage slips???

And can I stop working once I get pr ?? Will this effect my husband eea4 if I not working at the time of his application

Just the PR card. No need for treaty rights proof. There is a box in the form you need to tick that the EEA national has PR and you can skip the rest of that section (section 7).

And can I stop working once I get pr ?? Will this effect my husband eea4 if I not working at the time of his application

once you have PR, you don't need to exercise treaty rights any more. It will not affect your husband application.

I am just curious. The children have German citizenship. Why also get British citizenship for them?
