What comes after UK appeal allowance?

Hi,

I made an appeal because I was refused 6 months ago by visa officer in CAIRO, EGYPT. yesterday, I received a letter that says "I allow the immigration appeal, No anonymity directions are made"
I am very confused and don't know what should I do next....the letter is just explaining the whole case....it didn't tell me what to do in the near future
I have many questions:
- How should I receive my fee award?
- Should I send something to first-tier Tribunal?
- when can I take the visa (Entry Clearance) and how?
- do I have to make a fresh application?
- Is it possible to postpone the entry clearance (lets say I will travel next year)?
