IT Return evidence : Bank Statement Query

Hi Friends,

For evidence verification they have mentioned in the guide that Contact information must be furnished for the employer. and the letter heads are having the contact numbers for the Reception of the office .. From there how will they verify ??

For each document we have to give the Contact information then wht is the info for IT Official
