Tier 1 (General) New Born Visa

Hi,

I have got my new born passport and my new born is just 3 weeks old. I am planning to go to India end of Feb 2013 for my brothers marriage. Can I make my new born baby visa from India. I hope there wont be any problem if I make my babys tier 1 dependent visa from India.

I will take care for all maintenance funds required outside UK. Please guide is there any issue if i make my baby Visa outside UK If my baby was born in UK..

Has anybody got smiliar kind of case. Please help, do I go ahead and make my baby visa from india instead of UK...
