PSW to TIER 2

Hi,
At the moment, I am working as a Network (NOC) Engineer. I am in PSW. I just want to apply for TIER 2 on JAN 2014 as my PSW expires next year. My company is registered in UKBA.
So my question is,
What are the documents necessary for me to apply for it, and what the employer must do to sponsor me.

Please go through this document and it has clear details. As forummers can miss something I would advice you not to only follow their advice. But reading this would clear most of your doubts..

First of all, speak to your employer, they already might have a good idea on how to do this process. May be they could have solicitors as well.
