Passport & Visa requirement for baby born in UK

Post by charismatic_one » Fri Feb 01, 2013 3:22 pm

Hi,
I am on Tier 1 general visa uptil June 2014 and than due for ILR. My wife is here with me as my dependant since 2009. We have just had a baby in Dec 2012 and he was born in UK.
I just wanted to confirm a few things regarding his stay in UK if we do or do not want to travel out of UK until our ILR is granted next year:
1) Does he need a passport from pakistan embassy?
2) Does his passport needs to be stamped with Dependant Tier 1 visa ?
Looking forward for some helpful replies.
Thanks,
Regards.

If travelling, then yes, passport and leave/visa required. Else, no.
