is Business Plan a must requirement when you are applying for Ent Visa, as i am applying tomorrow, or It is not a mandatory requirment but may be asked at a later date?

better to send one as it give more detail about your business and yes may be asked for business at later

It isn't a must, but providing a business plan will probably strengthen your application as it will show that you are serious about running and expanding your business.
