Continuous 5years ILR

Post by faisalshah35 » Fri Feb 01, 2013 3:37 pm

Hi

I was reading this pdf. But its not quiet clear for Tier 1 gerenal visa. I know 180 days in 12 months is ok now. But Do I need to have some paper work for it?
In my first 12 months I was out of UK for 172 days without work
plus
my visa started on 17/06/2008 and finishes on 2/06/2013. If I apply around 28/05/2013 for ILR would that be ok? I think I can apply before 28 days of expiry which will be counted toward my 5 years?

Can someone clarify
